Led Kinexon's hardware department for UWB indoor localization products, owning roadmap, architecture, compliance, supply chain, and a multidisciplinary engineering team.
Brief
As Head of Hardware at Kinexon from January to June 2021, the role was centered on leading the hardware department. I led a team of 2 mechanical engineers and 4 electrical engineers.

Supply Chain
Due to the global supply chain disruptions in 2021, the role involved a significant focus on supply chain management, including supplier coordination, risk mitigation, and ensuring timely delivery of components.
Charging Station Project
For the RTLS Pro ePaper-Tag, I led the project of a charging station that was compliant with Chinese regulations. This involved coordinating across mechanical, and supply chain teams.
